AJ and Ben were there from the collection of mum from the house to the burial. The consistency was comforting. Jess and Diane were both lovely, welcoming and reassuring throughout the process. We felt listened to and an amazing job was done making Mum's coffin beautiful.

Enquired about purchasing a direct cremation plan.The staff at the ross on wye branch were brilliant .informative,helpfull all questions answered with empathy and professionalism. I did purchase this plan and the whole thing was made comfortable and painless thanks to this office can't recommend them enough .

We were slightly deterred upon our first visit to your Ross-on-Wye premises by the somewhat unkempt appearance of both property and grounds but our fears were unfounded.

From the outset to the day that my partner's file was finally closed, the service received was nothing less than exceptional.

Not solely but for the best part, it was Diane who took care of us and attended to every requirement. She was polite, patient and extremely helpful throughout and I can't imagine that in our hour of need anyone else could have done better.

Thank you to all concerned for making a painful process as pain-free as possible.

Hereford Abbotsfield Funeral Directors Team were second to none in their support for myself and family after my mum passed away. From the time my Mum died in the early hours you treated her with dignity and respect; she was taken into your care by 2 members of Abbotsfield staff (sorry I am rubbish with names but you know who you are !) right up until the Interment of my Mum's ashes the Team were there for my family.

Jacqui, what can I say, but more than a huge thank you for your kindness; patience and guidance. Myself and my sister walked into your office with no idea and a bit lost. You guided us step by step and made the long few weeks up until my Mum's funeral bearable with all your support; You went above and beyond for us and I will never forget your kindness.

Jacqui and your female colleague (so sorry I cant remember your name, same person who was there day 1) what you did for my mum after she died in terms of dressing her was amazing and brought myself and my sister so much comfort. You treated my mum with dignity and respect and she looked like the mum I remembered before Alzheimer's Disease took its toll. THANK YOU.

The funeral party thank you, again all of you showed nothing but respect for my Mum and our family.

All of the above for me personally, and I think my sister, has helped with the grieving process because I know Abbortfield Team could have done anymore for us.
