Every year for Mother’s Day, the team from Abbotsfield Funeral Directors donate flowers to St Michael’s Hospice, which is committed to improving the quality of life for patients who require palliative care and their families and carers.
This year, they decided to do something a little different, and rather than donating cut flowers, the team donated 20 pots of spring bulbs, one for each of the hospice’s rooms.
Funeral Director Jo Gardiner, said: “St Michael’s has always always close to our hearts and has cared for many of my friends and family. We wanted to do something special to celebrate all the mums of Herefordshire, so we hope everyone at the hospice is able to enjoy the bright spring bulbs!”
